Interpretive Signage

What are these kiosks with colourful signs doing in apparently odd locations in the forest?

Five large interpretive signs have been erected along the trails at the Nordic Centre during the fall of 2016. Each one follows the theme ”Legacies” about the immediate area and its rich past history. Skiers and hikers may stop and be acquainted with many aspects of the human and natural history of our region.

This project was done with the support from the Columbia Basin Trust and RDEK. The kiosks were built by Bisaro Woodworking and installed by club volunteers.
